Today, Connecticut-based active rock band Lakeshore, formed by Emmure founders/brothers Ben and Joe Lionetti, released their debut EP, 41with Outerloop Records.In celebration of this release, the band teamed up with Fronzilla’s The Sickest for the exclusive premiere of their creative, 3D animated music video for “Pure//Imagination,” a song that dives deep into the mind and how powerful it truly is. “Pure // Imagination” encourages listeners to believe that inside your own head you can do anything, and if you pay attention and focus on what really matters, you can change the world; it just takes a little imagination. The 3D animation was inspired by the song itself, so when it came to the concept of the video the band wanted something that looked animated, symbolizing something they created and then at the end of the video everything comes to life. Lakeshore is an active rock band from New Fairfield, CT, headed by brothers Ben and Joe Lionetti (guitarist & drummer) who originally founded the metalcore giants Emmure. The band has deep roots in music and combines a very powerful and melodic sound with a fresh new touch, unlike any other. Along with Ben and Joe, Lakeshore includes vocalist Shawn Adams, bassist Chris Segovia, and lead guitarist Mitch LoBuglio. Their debut EP 41was recorded with producer Ken Susi of Unearth (The Contortionist, Madball) and features Karl Shubach of Misery Signals and Jessie Freeland of The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza on the track “King.” Lakeshore ushers in a pure new energy with a nostalgic feel, formed by a relentless cast set on defining a new era of music.
